Hello, I parked in zone 7683 meter COLS101-A and it ate several of my quarters without adding more time to the meter. It did take some quarters but not others. I’m not concerned about getting my quarters back, but wanted to alert you to the issue to help future patrons. Thanks!
There is an abandoned Red Honda Accord on the corner of E Vermilya Ave and S Walnut St. It has been there for atleast a month with out being moved-- there are weeds growing up around it so I has probably been much longer. You can even find it parked in the exact same location if you go to the street view on google maps it is parked on the curb between 100 and 103 E vermilya Avenue! Needless to say it has been there for a long time. Attached is a picture of the back of the vehicle with make/model, liscense plate number. Make: Honda Model: Accord EX Liscense Plate: 953TKS Location: Parked on Street between 100 and 103 E Vermilya Avenue
This handicap meter is blocked by a bike rack that makes it difficult to pay the meter.
Where is parking enforcement at? Cars are parking in the road on Dunn causing trouble for drivers trying to get through. Box truck blocking the entrance to parking lot. Traffic is backed up.

Marked accessible parking spot in a city parking lot is blocked by plowed snow
Morton Street between Kirkwood and 6th really needs some increased signage and monitoring for parking and vehicle behavior. Cars are parking in all manner of places, especially along the Smith-Holden building. Delivery trucks will regularly block the entire street, either stopping traffic altogether or forcing cars to find an illegal or unsafe way around. And I see plenty of vehicles going the wrong direction and exiting onto Kirkwood. Please consider some increased monitoring and enforcement in this area, and some clearly marked parking areas, lanes etc.
