To whom it may concern, My mother received notice from Capital Recovery regarding parking citations. The billing name is my mother's name, Debbie Sheahan. The two outstanding citation numbers are G1304060 (for $52) and G1304121 (also for $52). Please let me know the status of these, as this situation needs to be resolved for my mother's sake. I was under the impression that all payments were handled, and this is not the case. 2 bikes have been abandoned for many weeks at the bike corral in front of Trojan Horse. One is purplish, and the other is aqua with white wheels. Both are starting to show signs of being abandoned rather than just parked a long time.

Why has the City issued a neighborhood parking permit to a vehicle that is larger than permitted by 15.32.070? The vehicle is parked in the 600 block of S. Eastside Drive. 15.32.070 - Certain vehicles—Two-hour limit. No person shall allow a truck, trailer, tractor, bus, housetrailer, semi-trailer, or other vehicle having a load capacity in excess of one ton, or a length in excess of nineteen feet, or a height in excess of six feet six inches, or a width in excess of seven feet to be parked upon the streets of the city in excess of two hours. This prohibition shall not apply to pick-up type campers. Any violation of this section is a Class C Violation and subject to the penalty listed in Section 15.64.010(c). (Ord. 82-1 § 1 (part), 1982).

I paid my son's 40.00 parking ticket #I1200280 on line May 9, 2012. Your website said that it did not go through. So I tried it again, and it said there was a problem with the credit card. I tried it one more time and it went through. Well... I received three receipts saying it was paid. So now I have paid 80.00 for a 40.00 ticket. Please check into this error and make the necessary changes as soon as possible. I hope that the 3rd receipt does not show up on my credit card. You may also want to look into your website and figure out WHY this happened. I will be looking for a credit to my account and would appreciate an acknowledgement to this issue. Sincerely Karen M. I have been contacted about 2 outstanding parking tickets. I have spoken with the collection agency to inform them that those tickets were paid and I gave them the confirmation number that the tickets were never delinquent. The person I spoke with didn't update their system with the confirmation numbers in order to follow up with you (on March 21, 2012) and they called me again today.
