Parking at the yellow line, driveway location. This is a dangerous situation when I drive onto 1st Street because I cannot see the incoming cars. Also, these cars block the trash cans for the Monday morning pickups. The tenants in the new rentals at 1204 N. College and surrounding, are parking in the alley and in the grass. There is also trash everywhere, hay blowing everywhere, etc. Thank you for addressing this continuing issue that was not an issue until these units became rented.
