SECOND REQUEST This is a follow-up to my request from yesterday (M, OCT 26): "Blocked Sidewalk: Other: White Volvo SUV is blocking my driveway access and my visibility by parking on the amber/yellow line - dangerous situation by blocking exit visibility. Thank you. -ecb 10/26-2026" This same vehicle is still parked in front of my house (404 E 1st Street) in the yellow/amber line, un-ticketed. My u-report ticket #215216 states that it was resolved but to me it is not resolved if the car is still blocking the driveway exit. I have filed u-reports for this type of incident on the weekends and was told that you (parking authority) do not come out on weekends. Now, I have made the request on a weekday (Monday) and the issue still does not get resolved. Can you please tell me how to proceed with a blocked driveway? This Volvo has been parked here since Sunday, OCT 25, 2026. Thank you, ecb 10-27-2026
Ticket #215083 was closed because it said the trailer full of hazardous garbage was no longer in the location. This is factually incorrect, so I've included a picture. This trailer full of gasoline and dry leaves has been here for a week. The owner of 2113 put it here. He has been asked multiple times to remove it, but he has not. His property (2113) is not included on the road easement. This is a danger and a nuisance to me, my family, and my neighbors.
Ticket #215093 was closed and says that the trailer full of trash is no longer at the location, but that is not accurate. There remains a trailer full of dry leaves and a gas can, among other clearly garbage and debris items, parked along the shared roadway easement. This remains a danger to residents of the block. The owner 2113 (owner of said trailer) continues to refuse to remove it.
The owner of this property has left a trailer full of trash, including hazardous and combustible materials (a gas can and yard waste) along the private roadway easement that is part of my property. He has been asked to move it and has refused. This is not only ugly and inconvenient, but a danger to myself and my neighbors.
There has been a trailer full of garbage on the private lane in front of my house for the past five days. It does not belong to me. The owner has been contacted and refuses to remove it.
