1037 Emery Court is a Jeff Jones property that is on the legal action list. There were people looking at the property that reported that Jeff Jones is going to sell them the property on contract. This is the second property that residents in the neighborhood have heard this happening in the last couple of weeks. This neighborhood has had to put up with Jeff Jones for 20+ years. We were hopeful that the legal case was going to fix this slum lord situation. Jeff Jones has sold this house on contract or rent to own more times then I can count in the 20 years I have lived in this neighborhood. He has sold every house in the Walnut Creek subdivision neighborhood that he owns on contract repeatedly. It is a total scam. None of these houses ever are actually sold. We thought the legal litigation was going to stop Jeff Jones from continuing his slumlord ways. What is going on to address this?

This pike of left over homeless camp trash likes Lin is is mainly on the city row. This has been reported several times by several people in the last 12 days. Please check out these cares. 212746 212653 212635 212513 The only answers we are getting is Most tickets of this type should be closed within 9 days, although some cases may be longer. 0 days have already passed. And the biggest part is that is is in the city row. I hope for the sake of the city someone will clean it up.

Homeless trash is still there after several citizens have complained. Pretty sure is is in the city right of way. What does it takes to get trash litter picked up on city property?

Trash has still not been cleaned up in the right of way on Patterson and Madison. Just north of the southern stone close to the tree line. Many people have reported this issue of the last couple of months. Only response is the preset response that it is a 9 day process and this is 0 day. This is the same response over and over. I would think with the huge raises that were given for there would be more effort and responsiveness to citizens reports. And also this trash is in the right of way from a homeless camp. Please clean the area up. Thank you

Loads of trash left over from a drug addict encampment. Been there over two weeks. Don't know if it is on New Hope's property or City property. It's an unsightly and smelly mess. Please either have New Hope clean it up or send a city crew to do it.

Hello: I am sick of seeing these vagrants walking by my house at the corner of College Street and West Hillside Drive. I spoke to an officer last Tuesday and requested more police car drive by’s, evidently it is not working. I appreciate it, if more police cars can be visible in this neighborhood, behind the Switchyard Park, which drives them in. Please put a barrier on College Street and the South Side of the park by the Walnut Street side of the SWITCHYARD Park Parking Lot where the vagrants enter and exit with back packs and bicycles going through the Railroad Park neighborhood where your police department and YOU ignore for safety. I’ve reported this issue to Governor Braun, Erin Houchin US Representative of the House of Representatives and US Senator Todd Young. I am writing to report a serious safety hazard at the intersection of 2nd and Patterson, where drivers turning right from 2nd onto Patterson desperately need vertical "Right Turn Only" and "Straight Only" signs. The current pavement markings are faded and completely insufficient, causing drivers to mistake the turn lane for a straight lane daily. I drive this route every day and witness near-misses multiple times a day including this past Monday when I was nearly hit on my commute home from work. Because there is no clear signage, drivers realize they are in the wrong lane too late and end up racing to cut people off or hitting the curb and jerking into traffic. This intersection is a major accident waiting to happen, and the city urgently needs to install clear overhead or roadside signs and repaint the road markings before someone is seriously injured.
