Multiple parties (at least three) were walking dogs (often more than one) off leash in back of Childs School around 5-6 pm. The dogs were also not under voice control. Not all dogs, and not all people, can handle being charged, even if the dogs are hoping to play.
A deer got hit at the end of our driveway in the street, it’s dead. I pulled it to the side of the road so it wouldn’t be blocking the road or get hit again
There's a dead deer on the street in front of 2543 Spicewood Ln. It's on the south side of the driveway in the street. Currently, it's mostly covered with snow from the snowplow.
Tenant in unit 4 continues to feed deer, squirrels, and rats with peanuts, unshelled sunflower seeds, and corn despite multiple warnings.
My husband does donation pickups as part of his job, today he went to this particular house. He called me after he was back at work quite upset. He told me a woman named Agatha lives here and has a dozen or more cats in individual cages, saying they don't like to come out because they are shy. He also said they did not have litter boxes and the whole house smelled of urine.
A male yellow lab with a black collar has been wondering around frequently in the neighborhood around the intersection of S Walnut and E Hillside. I personally spotted him on 11/28/24. I tried to approach him but was not successful. He showed ABSOLUTELY NO signs of aggression, but would not let me get close to him. He was running in and out of the street. I posted him to the Lost & Found Pets page on Facebook and received many comments that he is out like this frequently. I have also seen many posts on the page about sightings for this dog since my original post. I can only attach one image, so I’ve chosen some comments from my post about someone else’s sightings. I wish I could provide the owner’s address, but I do not know it. I am not sure if there is much you can do in this situation, but just wanted to report it since it has been happening so frequently.

To City of Bloomington, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of myself, my roommates, and our neighbors regarding a growing concern in our neighborhood. Every evening, around 4:00 p.m. and continuing through the night, we experience an influx of hundreds of crows flocking to our street and surrounding area. This results in a significant accumulation of bird droppings on our cars, as well as on nearby properties. The volume of droppings has become so excessive that it poses a risk to residents walking or entering their vehicles, as the droppings frequently land on people and properties. While I understand this may sound unusual, the situation has persisted for over two weeks, and we are becoming increasingly concerned about the potential health implications. The sheer volume of droppings is difficult to understate, and we believe it could lead to further issues if left unaddressed. The attached PDF includes proof of others cars as well as a photo of just one area of trees where the crows sit for hours. We would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how this matter can be resolved, as we feel it is beginning to impact our quality of life. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue. We look forward to your response.
