Groundhog roadkill spotted
Groundhog roadkill spotted
Neighbors who live at 3507 E Morningside Dr constantly have their dog off leash. I have reported this issue before in case #188974 where their dog walked into my garage because the owner was walking him off leash. During this incident I attempted to speak with him to resolve the matter and he became very aggressive/confrontational with me. This time my partner saw him walking the dog off leash and we have security camera footage evidence of this. The dog is walking through our yard as he pleases. On multiple occasions I have seen this dog walking through others yards and even popping in yards including ours. Not only is it against the law but it is disrespectful and unsafe for him to be walking his dog off leash and is a constant issue. Please send someone to talk to him. This person does this all the time and other neighbors I have talked to have seen it as well. Clearly official steps need to be taken to make sure that this individual understands they cannot do this.
The homeowners have let their dog out to roam freely on a regular basis. The dog sits and barks outside of their door to be let in from about 9:30-11pm. This has happened for the last week at least. The dog wears a glowing vest but still roams into our yard and has come up to our door several times. When we have gone outside to shoo it away, it barks at us.

There's a huge wasp or hornet nest in a tree along the sidewalk/path. It's the last tree on the pathway (where the road ends), on the west side of the road. Many people walk along this path. Thank you in advance.
Suggestion for BACC. The Bloomington Shelter has been adopting pets out to homeless individuals. In many occasions dogs have been found tied up outside stores while the owner is inside. Would like to suggest that the shelter provide these individuals wirh collars that have contact info embroidered and maybe something that says they will be right back. It’s very distressing to come across an animal tied up with no understanding of why. I think it would be worth the investment to help avoid unnecessary shelter inductions. Maybe a patch type collar is available with messages. If something was on the collar where one wouldn’t have to touch the dog to identify would be best gbut even a tag with info would help. Thanks for your consideration.
Resident is feeding deer. Last night a large amount of apples and almonds were left on stone bench in front of house. Three large bucks live nearby in the neighborhood and travel together. They enjoy this feeding station.
There are multiple dogs at this home who are outside most of the time. They bark incessantly and the yard smells of dog waste.
