There has been a dog barking at night at this residence for the past three nights. It was barking last night at 12am. Despite a previous call to police, who verified there was a dog door at the residence, the owners seem not to care that the dog is barking outside in the wee hours of the morning, disturbing neighbors. The residents of this address have multiple dogs that are not contained or secure on their property when the dogs are outside. The dogs have come onto our property and accosted our outside cats--most recently on 23NOV2025 at 10:50pm.
Owner got a dog a few months ago and does not allow the dog inside the house under any circumstances. As temperatures drop, this dog will be left outside all hours of the day and night just as it was last night. I am unsure if the dog is allowed into the unheated garage, but, the owner has openly acknowledged they will not bring the dog inside because they have cats and don't want to make their girlfriend upset. The owner was dismissive when asked what they plan to do in the cold months. This is a lovely dog that is being neglected regardless of weather.
Case #206632 was closed as "not inside city limits". That is incorrect as this (and various other addresses on this street and into the neighborhood are indeed in city limits. I hope the loose animal was not injured due to the ignoring of the report since this was not looked into. This issue remains and someone needs to go look into it, and hopefully the animal is not neglected.

I’m not 100% sure it’s this address, but someone nearby has a rooster and it’s crowing all the time and is quite annoying. I believe the guy at 615 w Ralston has chickens and that’s the general area the rooster crowing (starting as early as 5:15am) is coming from. If it’s not him, it’s someone pretty close to him. Maybe next door to him or even on Country Club. Can someone please try to get this rooster out of the city limits? Thank you!!!
