Tenant is "troubled." Sharon is concerned that he is a "slob." He sits cans of opened food out to attract bugs, as a kindness, so that the other residents will be "bug free." He has a long file with the IU Police; has called to complain that someone stole his toilet paper, etc.
They would like for us to make an inspection of the apartment's condition.

Last Wednesday, cover of her brown, wheeled can was run over and will not fit over the can anymore. Doesn't know who ran over it, but says Sanit. crews always throw her can and lid in the street and wants us to do something about it.
