The problem is with a unit in Whittington Commons. It is at the end of the first drive to your left off the main street into the complex. The tenants have left their trash out and animals got into it scattering the trash all over the hillside behind 1385 W. Allen Street. The citizen tried to talk to the tenants but they refuse to pick it up.

Other/Other: Large item pick-up/She is concerned because she thinks the lrg Items crews picked up their basketball goal by accident. She wants to know if there is a way she can get it back. She wants someone to call her w/information

This house has 3 or 4 dogs and several cats which are kept in a fenced in yard. However the neighbors are complaining about the strong odor due to animal waste and urine. Please do a "welfare" check to see that the animals are being properly cared for.
