Phone Call: This house has 3 or 4 dogs and several cats which are kept in a fenced in yard. However the neighbors are complaining about the strong odor due to animal waste and urine. Please do a "welfare" check to see that the animals are being properly cared for.

Animal Control Officer to Sean Daily, owner, and informed him of complaint. He indicated he only has 2 dogs and 2 cats. Both dogs were currently vaccinated and he licensed them both while at the Animal Shelter. He intends to do the same with his cats. Animal Control found no evidence of neglect.
