Excessive Growth

Apparently the bank has taken possession of the property and house at 305 W Coolidge Dr. The tenant moved out weeks ago, and the property has not been mowed since. I do not know who the current owner is, and maybe they do not know the property is in need of maintenance, but it is in need of mowing at the least.

Good afternoon! A citizen from 403 E. 20th Street called with many concerns this morning! So, Bob Woolford went and met with her and these are the problems:
Lisa: The apartment complex across the street are piling limbs from their property onto hers.
Sidewalk Snow Removal
310 W 14th ST
- Case Date:
- 1/28/2026
Sidewalks along W 14th St between Madison and College have not been cleared. The landlords did have their parking lots maintained but they piled the snow into tall embankments on the sidewalks and didn't touch the sidewalks at all.
It's a big concern because the guests of these units routinely are parking in the street in the narrowly cleared area making it barely passable for cars while pedestrians also are trying to walk on the street.
