SUSPECTS SARAGA IS DUMPING. WOULD LIKE THIS INVESTIGATED AND SARAGA INFORMED NOT TO DUMP, IF THEY ARE DOING THIS.

Received a trash violation for scattered litter and a couch left at the curb. Apparently the real estate manager said there is a private contractor taking care of the trash. The city of Bloomington shouldnt be picking up the trash and he wants his money refunded.
