We have no water in our home.

My roomate and i are living at 3310 odell s. Since we have lived here, we have dealt every day, with 2 people, a man and a woman, listening and being able to see in our apartment. It sounds bizzare, but true. It has all but ruined our lives. We know where they are staying but cannot or have not been able to put a stop to it. Please help in this matter. The plants on both sides of the path are a little overgrown but the real problem is a very solid low hanging branch that is a real hazard. And another low hanging branch that is likely to hit you in the face with pears.

This is a kind of add-on to case #170346 - I didn't know any other way to do it. I was watching today, and the biggest speeders were Crider dump trucks. They were absolutely flying down that section of street. With that amount of weight, it's even more dangerous than the cars.
