Details: There is a large (4" diameter) limb broken and hanging over the paved pathway that goes through Park Ridge East Park. "There is a house/trailer that is abandoned over three years ago right across our house on Coolidge. Apart from the awful condition of the house (the house is falling part and it really looks ugly), I am really concerned that the house might threaten the health of our community by attracting mice. Also, I saw a stranger going in and out, so I am concerned about safety as well."

The sidewalks in front of 806 & 810 W. 4th Street are in very poor condition. They are crumbling and cracked. They are hazardous to walk across and need to be replaced.

Nothing has happened on the project for the last 2 to 3 weeks & people on bikes/with strollers are endangering their lives by walking on this very narrow part of 2nd Street because they cannot use the bridge."

How is this both safe, and not a hazard. The far back building behind office near spillway. Update 5/7/2025… The meters are unattached from the building as of right now. Duke is planning on coming out next week to reattach to the building. Maintenance personnel is going to contact me once it is reattached

Citizen sent note through NeighborLink and they think this is over occupied, has abandoned vichles, noisey nights, and lack of lawn care and landscaping and dog feces in the backyard. Lengthy letter in your mail box. Please call with a response.
