2 abandoned vehicle in front of 530 s Washington st Looks like he is using the City street parking as a kitchen and patio, and storage.
These abandoned non functioning cars continue to be an issue since my last report. There are now6-7 cars parked in the backyard and the drive way. My attached photo is of a derby car that he worked on usually at night. Between the noise and the junk we have had enough.
House has an inoperable junk car can be seen from n Dunn st ahead of property with city planning signs. Please get this removed from view. Has no windows and flat tires.
This truck has been parked in front of the church for several months and has not moved.
7th St has alternate street side parking. With the recent snowfall, cars on the parked side were boxed in, and snow on the no parking side was pushed onto previously cleared sidewalk, according to my renter. That mean it is full of ice clumps, making it impossible for she or me to remove. Can the city actually remove some of the snow for us - we know the first effort was to clear streets, but it impossible lift for a senior to clear twice the height of packed road snow on the sidewalk.
More than a week after the snow stopped, I encountered many terrible sidewalks today. Just a few: west side of Rogers, between Kirkwood and 4th, around Regions bank on Kirkwood and Rogers, in front of the Gables house, along the Indian restaurant at the corner of Sixth and Walnut and from the steakhouse to the trail on 6th street. Also, can you please, please require that the sidewalk be cleared to the street? Often, the sidewalks are decent, but then you have to climb over a slippery mound at the corner as you approach oncoming traffic. Definitely a hazard. Please do better. Thank you.
This photo shows a parking spot designated for ramp van vehicles that has been taken over via large pile of gravel, dumped in the spot, making it impossible for vans to park there. This is on the south side of Target.
