We have two trees near the road at 2701S Pine Meadows that look pretty diseased and have been getting worse. See google images from 10 years apart.
School bus drivers are complaining the light barely stays green long enough to get from Oakdale through the light to Basswood or to turn left. This is my 2nd time putting in this request as I was told this light is maintained by the state and I would need to contact INDOT. I did that and they referred me back to you. The intersection of W Bloomfield Road and Oakdale Drive/S Basswood Drive is outside of INDOT jurisdiction. Those roads are city streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Bloomington. I understand that you contacted them already, but I can confirm that they are city streets, which INDOT does not maintain. Cylindrical hole about 4" radius drilled into street by fiber-optic workers and left unfilled. Dangerous area because there are no sidewalks along at that location, so people are forced to walk on the street. Hole is closest to SW corner of intersection. Ankle-breaker!
Several people walk/bike through this area. When it is dark it is difficult to see people who are walking in the road. Recommend a walking path and/or additional lighting.
This car has been sitting abandoned for more than 2 years (at least since I've lived in this apartment). A neighbor informed me that it belonged to a past resident who hasn't lived on this street for over 2 years.
