Could you please tell me how you reported this, so I can follow-up and see where communication broke down. We have this on our list to investigate. We have identified two possible issues. One a sewer lateral that is leaking (back side of the curb), but we have also realized the water main may be leaking. We've checked the water and have not been able to get a chlorine reading (which typically indicates potable water leak). We are going use equipment to listen today and tonight to see if we can find a potable water leak. Our equipment truck to look at the sewer and lateral has been in the shop and we will be looking at it Wednesday of this week. If you would like to follow-up please call (812) 349-3657.
