2007 Nissan Murano with vehicle plate TK340OOX conducted a right turn at the signal where there was a sign saying "No turn on red" while their signal was red at 10th and union street. Question about Ureport #192595 - Report issues with Lime scooters: "A red-green Lime bike has been parked for more than a week now in the street across from 824 S Sheridan Drive, close to the intersection of E First Street." Please clarify if a rental e-bike parked curbside on a public street in a neighborhood is permissible use under city standards. It is parked on public property that does not block the right-of-way, limit access for individuals with disabilities, risk damaging private or public property, or jeopardize public safety. It is also parked in the same manner that a car is permitted to park by the curb.
Removal of broken asphalt pavement. I have adopted keeping the Sussex Dr and Queensway storm drains clear of obstructions near my home. Both streets have significant slopes. Due to the slope-broken pavement during periods of high runoff, these materials accumulate and block these drains. For almost two years now I have been doing this and have removed this debris. I requested about three weeks ago the present pile that I collected from the bottom of the east side of my driveway. I received a response that a crew would pick up this waste. I suspect there has been a communication in scheduling the collection of this waste. Thus rescheduling a pick-up would be appreciated as I have been adding more pavement waste. Don Eggert
Traffic lights on main entry and exit roadways in Bloomington are not synchronized causing traffic delays. Hwy 46 past hospital, 3rd st & hwy 48 are in need of traffic study to determine best method to increase flow of traffic in and out of town during peak travel hours.
On the jackson creek trail between Olcott Park and Sherwood Oaks there is a large dead tree limb from the recent storm hanging over the trail.
Weeds are growing along the curb between college and walnut, just south of 46. It would be nice to have it removed prior to students returning to town this weekend. I have also reported the weeds on 46 to INDOT. Thanks!

Removing street debris
210 S Adams street (hinkles hamburgers location) behind the ice machine, there is a large hole developing in the parking lot (south west corner) close to the groundwater drain that may be related to the drain.
After the wind storm prior to July 4th. a tree blew down in the street at my property located 1601 s. walnut. in an attempt to clear the street, city worker pushed the tree against the home located there. the branches on the tree caught under the rubber portion of the roof on the home. the tree lifted the rubber membrane causing a leak into the home. i need to know who i can contact for relief from repair cost from this incident. i would hope the operator of the equipment did not realize the damage caused and that is why it was not reported or brought to my attention. just need to know who to contact. if i need to come in person still just need to know whom to contact. your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
