Other: 2007 Nissan Murano with vehicle plate TK340OOX conducted a right turn at the signal where there was a sign saying "No turn on red" while their signal was red at 10th and union street. I've uploaded dashcam picture of the infraction. Violation happened August 3 2024 at 16:29:57. Addendum to ticket #192663 and #192664. Attaching a picture of clear licence plate
