White van parked in yard.

Street lights are out on E Third St and S Washington St, E Smith Ave and S Washington, and E Second St and S Washington St. Every street lamp on S Washington has been out since at least the beginning of September. The entire street is pitch black at night and it creates a very unsafe environment for when I and other residents on or around S Washington walk home.
The street light across from my house at the alley went out. And it has been replaced with the brightest most annoying light ever. There is no reason for this light to be this bright. It is blaring into my backyard and bedroom window. You have to change it.
Turning left at this intersection is very difficult. At 7:30 A.M. I had to wait for 3 minutes at this light and at 5 P.M. I had to wait for 5 minutes and I was beginning to back up into the intersection behind it. The light isn’t green for long enough probably only about 30 seconds. There is also a sign that says left turn yields on flashing yellow but the light never turns flashing yellow. If the green arrow light was longer and it became flashing yellow when appropriate this would likely solve the problem.
There is a new big pothole made by Gigabit on Eagleson at 2nd street. They didn’t come close to adequately filling the large hole they made. It is especially problematic at night as it can’t be seen.
Construction workers were blocking the driveway at the home and make it impossible to leave the driveway. The driveway has a massive curb that will ruin the front of the car if you were to drive over it. Lead to the side of my car getting scraped up due to these workers not parking in the street. There is no need to be parking in a residents driveway
10-22-24/Tuesday at 7a.m.: Blue gray SUV (Missouri license plate # RHO M7D)is parked too close to the intersection of Maxwell Lane and Eastside Drive. The car is on the west side of the road on 900 south block of Eastside Drive.
Construction site at 3rd street and Pete Ellis has setup their construction fencing in the bike line along Pete Ellis. Was this intended and permitted?
There is an all too common issue regarding the people who pick up Bloomington’s trash. Every week I have witnessed these men refuse to throw out a garbage bin because the lid is slightly ajar. The disrespect to only complete have their job and just leave residents’ full trash cans on the side of the road is unacceptable. I’m sure the city doesn’t want trash being left on the streets all week. Our property management said that trash not picked up will results in fines from the city. Well, if the city isn’t cleaning up the trash in the first place, this will not be the case. Can we please get a trash policy change or allow these college apartments/ houses have more than one trash and recycling bin so that this is never a problem again. Thanks.
Our recycling bin went missing, and was possibly stolen or hit by a car and removed. I apologize if this isn’t the right place for this report, I couldn’t find where to call the sanitation department. Can you please let me know how to get a replacement?
