Hi. This is a friendly note to tell you that the new 4th Street Garage has a trash can on the exteror, Southwest corner, that hasn't been emptied since it was first placed there. It's definetely full and is in need of being emptied. I've mentioned this twice to parking garage attendants (via video chat at the exit) but wanted to be sure someone is aware. Thanks very much. The multiuse trail between 1099 Winslow Rd and the intersection of Winslow and Xavier Ct. has hazardous head-height tree branches. Particularly on a bicycle, it is challenging and dangerous to navigate down the hill while ducking and swerving to avoid hitting head on tree branches. Low branches should be cut throughout that section of trail to make it safer. Thank you.
