Other: The multiuse trail between 1099 Winslow Rd and the intersection of Winslow and Xavier Ct. has hazardous head-height tree branches. Particularly on a bicycle, it is challenging and dangerous to navigate down the hill while ducking and swerving to avoid hitting head on tree branches. Low branches should be cut throughout that section of trail to make it safer. Thank you.
