The neighbors did remove their sign from the sidewalk curb but it is still not in the right spot they just moved it right next to the sidewalk it's supposed to be 48 inches according to city code

This location needs connecting sidewalks to adjecent properties for the sake of safety
The drainage ditch along Eagleson overgrows with noxious weeds. I have just meticulously weeded and swept it, and was wondering if it could be tarred or sealed in some way, to reduce cracks where soil is exposed and weeds can take hold. ..? Can the homeowner do this? Or is this city property? Any products/advice would be welcome.

Yellow curbs in front of 707 w 7th st are fading and difficult to see. Could use a touch up. There are several other neighbors curbs that could use painting as well
Could the City place a stop sign or some sort of traffic easement on Telluride Street at Redlands Drive as I have been almost hit several times. Sincerely, a concerned resident in the main building
