Abandoned car, flat tires, on a jack - the City has known about this vehicle for YEARS, literally years, at least six, closer to ten - does nothing. White Suburban?

I quote the city Ordinance 15.040.020 (Abandoned vehicle means): 2) A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days. The white sedan at 613 S Eastside Drive has not been moved for over 30 days. Plus has a license plate that expired in Nov. 2025. "Neighbors' dispute" or not, does that invalidate the City Ordinance?

Truck in driveway, junk parts laying everywhere around it has not ran all summer. The last two to three weeks Truck in the street expired plates parked in the street, a car in the street on a jack no tire. This is dangerous for people driving through the neighborhood and an eye sore.
