The front porch rails are broken out, the rails appear to be unstable, sagging and possibly rotted. The porch sets up high above grade where the porch rails are out. There is a young child living in the house. This presents a danger. Jeff Jones/Pendragon owns this property. This has been the case for the past 2+ years. This family is a new renter and this was not repaired between renters.
There are two potholes that probably should be filled before it gets worse.

Street light is going out at the intersection Allendale Dr and Winslow Road ( west side)very dark busy street
East light is still out at the three-way stop. They did repair the west one.
Two abandoned shopping carts located on the sidewalk running on the south side of Winslow. These are full of belongings and have been here for the past two days, blocking the path.

Streetlight on SW corner of Hawthorne Dr and Maxwell Ln comes on at dark but shines on its photo cell so it shuts itself off. then in the dark it comes on again, shines on its cell and goes off. this continues all night long.
The light on the east side of Walnut St in front of the House of Hunan restaurant is out.
