Other: A large branch high in the city oak tree in front of this address is dead and has partially fallen off the tree. All the leaves are dead and a different color so it is easy to identify. The branch is still attached, however, and could fall during a storm or high winds onto cars that often park under the tree. Could the city remove the branch to limit potential destruction of property in the future?
