We’ve had large trucks run over our curbs repeatedly and the neighbors have also had issues with trucks going on their yard and damaging their property. We were told poles or other barriers couldn’t be put in place ironically until there is an accident first. This is not an urgent matter, but if your workers are grinding bumps in sidewalks in our area, you might want to check South Brighton Crest. No horrendous bumps as tree roots push up sidewalks, but a number that could trip pedestrians on a street heavily used by walkers. Thanks very much for your attention to this matter.

This alley floods every time it rains, making it difficult for cars to pass through. It stays flooded for a while after the rain stops. If there was more rock in the alley it wouldn't flood so much/stay flooded for so long.

In Spring/Summer 2023, utilities contractors excavated a hole approximately 3x3 in the sidewalk that crosses the driveway for our home located at 3702 E Reed Ct. Bloomington IN. They were installing fiber optic or another cable -- AT&T or GigaBit or some other contractor. This hole was filled with dirt and then they "fitted the broken concrete pieces" back in the hole. Needless to say, it sank about 4". Then they poured concrete on top of the hole. They then ground down the edges to even out their work. It was a poor job and it is now unsightly and a serious tripping hazard. I've seen city workers replacing sections of sidewalks in Hyde Park and elsewhere. I would like to request that this section of sidewalk be added to the list of sidewalk repairs/replacements. Please let me know if you need additional details. Thank you for addressing this issue.

There is a section of sidewalk completely gone and is gravel. I've noticed it for years. It is unsafe for runners and cyclists. In addition, the entire stretch of sidewalk in between Washington and Walnut on the NORTH side (by the car repair place) is in need of replacement. I use this stretch to get to the Bline all the time, and with little cyclists, and as a runner, this cracked sidewalk is dangerous. Please replace!
