Hello Folks, Please consider removing the restrictions on permissible files for uploading. The current size & limited file type is unhelpful for reporting. Vegetation overgrowth on sidewalk. Not sure if this is responsibility of CFC who owns the parking lot or the house owner of 418 E. 8th as it appears to be in between. But there is now a path that people are going into the grass because nobody can get by the tree branches on the sidewalk.

There are several spots along the Rail Trail (dirt/gravel section of the B-Line) where dirt has been dug up across the full width of the trail to build impromptu bike jumps. This has resulted is trip hazards and an uneven trail surface. I counted 2 spots where his had occurred during my visit yesterday. Can someone review and hopefully correct this please?

I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Street remains over half blocked by tree on power line. Duke Energy knew nothing about it. Why hasn't the city reported this to Duke? This is a heavy traffic road that's down to a single lane with no warning signs.

We have a lot of small limbs from trees that was fell from the reason storm ,the big wood parts we cut and spare for firewood except leaves and small branches.and we don't have a way to haul it out since all our vehicles got totaled

There appears to be Johnson Grass growing along the Jackson Creek Trail, north of Rhorer Road. There is a small bit on the west side of the trail, just north of the farm. There is much more on the creek side of the trail across from the farm. Johnson Grass is very invasive.
