Property at 811 W. Howe is terribly overgrown, with grass over a foot high and small trees and weeks coming up all around the property. I believe this is a rental property now, currently unoccupied. Please contact the owners to resolve this problem. This abandoned-looking property is a security risk in addition to being an eyesore for the neighborhood.

I have almost been hit many times as well as my coworkers. Cars do not slow down and it is a BLIND bend. The left turn light for southbound Walnut at Hillside is activating with no traffic in the turn lane and stays activated for the maximum timing. This has been ongoing for a few weeks now.
There are two potholes in the cross walk leading from Templeton Elementary to The Feast, intersection of Hillside and Henderson.
Was any consideration given before closing all 4 corners of the Washington and 10th intersection to pedestrian traffic?
