Traffic light is out at 3rd and Rogers St. downtown. Other lights nearby are still functioning
When going North on Rogers pedestrians have the walk signal to cross 3rd when traffic turning from Rogers onto 3rd has a protected turn signal. This is extremely dangerous for pedestrians because motorists are not expecting pedestrians to have the walk sign.
Traffic light is out
The angle of this bright light shines into the windows of East third Apartments. It also stays on as you can see during the am when lights are not needed. Please turn it off. If you cannot turn off, please adjust it to a different angle. Thank you.
Sidewalk Snow removal has been totally inadequate on both sides of Woodlawn for the entire length of the block between 3rd and Atwater. For every snowfall basically ever. All week we have just had to walk in the street or slip and slide and break our arms. It’s always like this.
Sidewalk on woodlawn side of Delta Phi Episilon completely covered and unwalkable.
Mounds of snow and ice on sidewalk along side fraternity/sorority.
Sidewalk covered in ice and impassable.
I couldn't find the location in uReport to report the need for some additional street lights, so I am pointing out the real need here. The area is on 11th street between Rogers and Walnut. This area has recently seen large scale apartment development and there is simply not enough light to make this part of 11th street safe. I would suggest the type of shorter lights that are used around the square in front of businesses on the square would be both attractive and effective. Please feel free to email me if I should report this to another dept. I do think it needs to be attended to as soon as practical before the dark of winter sets in. It would be terrible if another resident was kidnapped due to a lack of light.
Homeless person camped outside apartment building. Blocking access to tenant mailboxes and preventing mail from delivered.
