Other: The angle of this bright light shines into the windows of East third Apartments. It also stays on as you can see during the am when lights are not needed. Please turn it off. If you cannot turn off,please adjust it to a different angle. Thank you.

Mr. Hallcom, This light is behind the College Mall Veterinary Hospital building which is on private property. The City of Bloomington does not install street lights along private streets nor on private property.
