Hello, this is in reference to #199395 that my wife submitted. it appears that they only had covered over less than half of the bad road. Our neighbors yard was also just run over the other day and somebody came back to put hay on it. Our curb also gets run over and has damaged our trees before. This is to ask if we could put some sort of guard rail or not a rail, but a guard pole to keep cars off of our properties. And to report the unfinished roadwork. Thanks for your time. I have multiple photos but it will not allow me to upload. They are repeatedly throwing trash in their yard and it gets into my yard and I have to clean it up they leave the trash bins out all week and it’s going to cause animals and I’ve tried talking to them but nobody will ever come to the door they have lived here less then a year and I am constantly having to pick up their trash out of my yard and it makes the neighborhood look trashy.

Continuous near misses @ Gourley Pike and N Monroe st. Vehicles not stopping at this intersection I have had several near collisions coming off of 46 as well as coming down N Monroe after stopping. Drivers just will not stop In either direction!!!

The toilet in our half bathroom gurgled, churned, and spewed water for a solid 20 seconds, to where the water came up and out of the toilet and there was a strong smell of sewage. We have had root issues in the past but we saw a turck in the neighborhood and maybe it is a mainline pipe issue? In any case, we'd prefer someone knows that this impacted our house.

Signal on north side of intersection has broke free from the bottom wire holding it in place. On signals on west side of intersection, the bottom wire holding the signal in place has broken completely in two.

There are some vicious acting dogs in a homeless camp back there. Please, clean it up. This is not fair to other residents. I just wandered back there and do not feel safe.

The big storm 2 days ago appears to have caused a water clog again in the city manhole around our neighborhood located near 3509 E Dunstan Dr. So, the sewage water flooded our garage. I would appreciate it if the city could send a crew over to clear the two manholes near our home to resolve this clog. Thank you very much.

The City of Bloomington was doing road construction repairs outside of people building and broke people light pole and never came back to replace or repair!
