My address is 1005 s Washington. For the last several months when my neighbor has his water on my water main hums (vibrates) until he turns it off. This is the only time it occurs, when he in running water. It doesn’t happen when I run water. It vibrates the floor in my bathroom and is extremely annoying. Yesterday, I went outside and opened the cover on his meter and the meter, inlet, and outlet were all vibrating. I asked him about it and he said it’s extremely loud in his house and at the front of the house is sound like a well pump is running. Could you check out his meter and make sure the water is on all the way or if his meter is bad?

The parking lot in Bryan Park near the sand volleyball court along Henderson has a problem. On the north side of the main play structure in the play surface there is a decent sized hole. This hole is big enough that a child or adult could easily step in it and be injured. The hole is through a rubber type play surface covering the ground. I'd recommend repairing this if possible.

Consider installing "Wrong Way" signs for cyclists on Third Street. As a bus operator, I can't tell you how many near-collisions I've had with cyclists popping out of nowhere going the wrong way on Third at night. Multiple deterioration happens. I think the city repatched multiple times, but it still falls apart after a few months. I think it needs repavement

There are a couple major potholes on this alley, which runs just south of my house (1004) towards south Roger's. I'd really appreciate it if someone could fill them in at some point. There is one further up he hill which is hard to see in the picture.
