Shrubs on SW corner of intersection of Walnut and 11th make it difficult to see Walnut Street northbound traffic while waiting on 11th to turn left (north) onto Walnut.

There are quite a few meters in the downtown area that do not have the green sticker with the parking area, and therefore cannot be paid for using the Parkmobile App. I usually do not have change, and don't like to use my credit card in the meters. Can you do an inventory of this issue and replace the stickers?

Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. All the parking meters on the west side of Madison are completely defaced - they have black ink covering the display so that you cannot tell if/how much you have paid, and the green tag saying what zone for the mobile app has been ripped off. Is it ok to park there? Will you get a ticket even if you can't use the meter correctly?
