I am here to report a safety issue on the location above. There is a tree branch laying on top of the street for almost one year. It seems the branch can fall on the street anytime. Please take care of it before it hurts any one. Thank you.
Hi, I drive a bucket truck for a business on thorton drive. The boom sticks out six feet in front of the truck. When i pull out onto henderson I am almost in the middle of the road before i can see if traffic is coming. My main concern is that a bus or large vehicle could catch the boom and cause an accident.Before I was hoping the city could remove the overgrowth of brush at the intersection to make it safer. The Walnut Street bike lane (starting around the intersection with 11th street) has been all torn up for quite some time now. When will this be repaired?

The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings. I don't know if this is a city issue or a university issue, but I know that uReports are an effective tool in general, and was hoping I could be directed to the right place.
There are what I believe are curb extensions at the intersection of Fess and Maxwell. At night, these extensions are not marked nor lit. When turning onto Maxwell off of Fess with oncoming traffic you are forced over to the side of the road. In my case, I hit the curb busting a tire and doing extensive damage to the car. I went back the following day and it is clear the curbs have been hit by multiple vehicles. Reflectors or other signage would be helpful for the unexpected curb extensions. Thanks!
There is a car that has been parked, and has not moved for at least six weeks on the side of the road. Silver Subaru, Forrester, Indiana plate 946CRI. The car has two flat tires and a front bumper. About to fall off.
The corner bump-out on W 3rd at S Fairview juts out too far into the street and cars drive over it which often causes flat tires...two this past Sunday! Since W 3rd is getting fully re-paved soon (because of the sewer replacement work that is finished now) I wonder if you could shave two feet of the bump out? To be clear, I think the bump out needs to be there...it's only the south cement "curb" that needs to be cut short and re-cemented. Thanks, Jaclyn
