Biking/walking path between South Roosevelt and South Jefferson (East 4th street) has weeds over 5ft tall. The vegetation is out of control. Also, vines are covering the pathway street light.

Trash and bins left next to the street on E 4th Street and furniture has been left around the corner on Roosevelt (house is on the corner of Roosevelt and 4th)
Old mattress and other trash have been outside the garage for weeks.

I am requesting more enforcement of the no-smoking rules at the Bloomington Transit Center? Every time I am at the transit center, at least one person is smoking at the bus terminal waiting area outside, next to the no smoking signs. I would be able to use the fixed route buses more, instead of BT Access, if there wasn't smoking at the Transit Center terminal.
Business signage blocking wheelchair access. I shoved the sign off the sidewalk today (8/29) but didn't speak to the business. Please check back with the business to explain to not block the sidewalk for accessibility
Please trim back plants so wheelchair can use transit center sidewalk without brushing the plants
