on the curve right by the road to the golf course, there is a raised grate over a drainage sewer on the street/curb. I think it would be dangerous for bikers or maybe a car. it is on the resident side.
there is a hole in S. Morton Street, formerly heat and round, about a foot deep. Others like it along the street have covers with the word"water." This one has no cover, is crumbling and the street around it is breaking up into the hole. I live at 748; this is in street just north of my house.

Does not meet unsafe threshold" How can this be if there is no longer yard fencing on South side of pool? Pool water is green, cover is off, complete access into yard to pool by alley (There used to be a garage that fell down and was removed before sale) Isn't there a City safety ordinance about pools? Ex. "In Bloomington, Indiana, an ordinance requires fences around swimming pools and other water-filled excavations. Specifically, Ordinance 17-19 amended Section 14.36.160 to align pool fencing requirements with the Indiana Administrative Code. 504 W Dixie St, Bloomington. House has not been lived in for over a decade. Two abandoned vehicles in back yard are being used as shelter for a person who is apparently unhoused and unrelated to deceased owner and her family. The site is a mess with belongings strewn over the entire yard. It is unclear how human waste is being dealt with. Within the last week, curtains have been hung around the front porch to inhibit view to front door. I believe the unhoused person or person have gained unauthorized access to the house through this or the back door, because a window along the east alley side that has been covered with blind and curtain for over a decade now has the curtain pulled back. One can also see through the east vent into the attic that there is a hole in the attic roof, making it accessible to animals. This situation has become untenable, and a hazard for sanitation as well as the perceived safety of me and other neighbors.
Poion ivy, etc. blocking half the sidewalk along Grant. Might actually be the neighbors at 817, or both. Note trees of heaven in the same area. A tangled mess.
The light at Fee and 10th seems to be stuck (12:10 pm Sat May 31). It is green for 10th St and red for Fee so cars on Fee are stuck with no where to go . . ..

there is a sidewalk that runs from the park to South wexley road. there are actually two sidewalks and the one I'm talking about is 100 yards south of the intersection of East Rock Creek drive and South wexley road. this sidewalk runs from South wexley road to the park and softball fields that are south of the South side YMCA. this sidewalk has four spots where the concrete sections have subsided creating a two to three inch trip hazard. there are four places in the sidewalk where this happens. two of them are marked with faded red paint but the two other ones aren't marked at all. a person walking or jogging can easily not spot them. I myself have tripped twice once I stubbed the heck out of my toe. I've seen similar situations where the protruding concrete section has been ground down to eliminate the two to three inches that are sticking up. I wanted to report it because I think it's a pretty unsafe situation because you do see joggers including some old people using it and it could easily trip them they could break a hip or something if you need more information my number is 812-391-0134
Street lights are out at night at 2422 E. Maxwell Lane. This is an issue because it is dark at the end of the lane and this is a dead end street.
