Tree immediately in front of home on the street side of the sidewalk is in poor health. Most outer branches are not budding. Branches regularly break off during storms and I have concern that this tree as well as neighboring tree may fall at next significant wind storm. A previous report last year about this tree was marked as 'resolved' with a comment that it would be put on a list. However, I have no indication that this was ever followed up on.

Location: 1212 S High St (High & Covenanter) Notes: The stormwater conveyance is public, and the wall is in the ROW. Homeowner came to CBU with the following complaint & request: The stone retaining wall next to the ditchline is deteriorating; this is the 2nd failure in the wall due to drainage problems.  Homeowner states that the ditch is in poor condition, not flowing properly, and full of "mud piles", etc which is causing erosion below the wall. He is requesting a call to schedule a time to meet onsite to show staff what is happening and determine what can be done about it. If he is not available by phone, he requests that we knock on the door upon arrival so they are aware of our visit and will walk the site with us. Retaining wall on NW corner of 10th/Grant is collapsing (on-going problem), and one of the large stones is now lying on the sidewalk.

Our property has a large locust tree that has lost several large branches in what we believe is the city right of way. One branch blocked the roadway until we were able to clear with our equipment. It has several additional large dead branches and the entire tree has a significant lean to the street and neighboring properties. It’s located just before our driveway which is actually on Pine Lane. Thank you.

"Tree-Keeper" database reports 56 Ailanthus altissima ("tree of heaven") trees being maintained by the City. Given this is an invasive plant and is known to be the primary food source for Lycorma delicatula (spotted lanternfly), should the City be obliged to remove these trees that are listed on the State list: ("Prohibited Invasive Terrestrial Plants [312 IAC 18-3-25]", https://ag.purdue.edu/department/entm/iisc/invasive-plants.html) ? If HAND is going to proactively threaten residents by "asking" them to remove something that is not on the State list (e.g., bamboo), it seems profoundly hypocritical for them to not address a serious ecological issue that they are helping to advance.

There is a large pothole by my driveway that has ruined the tires on the passenger side of the car. I have to buy new tires, but until the hole is fixed it will damage the new ones again. Your crew fixed Maple, but not West 4th last week.

In the alley between 8th street and 9th street along Lincoln and Washington, towards 9th street, this is a large pothole on the north side. Also there is some loose pavement behind 417 N Lincoln St.

I believe raw sewage is coming out of B-town International Mart into the gutter on the west side of their parking lot on South Auto Mall Road. Today it is then running into the north side of the intersection of Covenanter and South Auto Mall Rd. I walk past sometimes and have noticed it for a month, but today it is worse and the warm temperatures are making it stink. The folks at the Mart don't answer their phone, so I am letting the city know.
