Other: The front porch rails are broken out, the rails appear to be unstable, sagging and possibly rotted. The porch sets up high above grade where the porch rails are out. There is a young child living in the house. This presents a danger. Jeff Jones/Pendragon owns this property. This has been the case for the past 2+ years. This family is a new renter and this was not repaired between renters.
