Duke Energy has refused to remove a large orange cable that is down on the length of my property (3/4 of an acre). They say someone else needs to take care of it, like maybe a cable company. I am concerned that it is dangerous to kids in my neighborhood and I cannot do yard work around it. Moreover, it is in the utility easement. They said to pick it up and see if it is attached to the utility line and I am unwilling to do that because it seems risky. In any case, no utility should be leaving their waste on my property and they should take responsibility for removing it safely.
South of 921 W 9th St, there are two wooden utility poles that are very noticably bent. No wires are yet touching the ground, but they are not far overhead and it seems like the poles will break in the next storm.
There are multiple drainage issues in this area. The 2 outlets from the stormwater drain are partially covered (just west of the storm drain across Monon Dr). I’m not sure if the drain under the road is clear. The area floods readily with any rain. The ditch that runs west is blocked by leaves where it goes under a driveway and by debris closer to clear creek (at the end of hillside). Because this is one of the only drains/outlets/drainage ditches in the area it’s important to get it cleaned out. Can you help?

The traffic light at the intersection of South College Mall Rd and Covenanter has messed up light timing early in the morning. I go to work and am passing through the intersection at about 6:05am, and the people traveling on College Mall Rd (which is the main road with the most constant traffic) only have a 25 second green light, when the people traveling across Covenanter have a 50 second green light. Please pretty please consider switching the two light timings so that the main road has the most time to pass through the light, or make it a sensor triggered light perhaps at that time of day? Most of the time not one person will pass through crossing over on Covenanter while there are 5-8 cars waiting at the light on College Mall. It really makes no sense. I hope this can be changed. Thank you for your consideration.
Hello! There is still a very pungent sewage smell all through this area.
Blue, electric "Bird" bicycle #GTH2C has been parked out front of the Grab-n-go for weeks, on north side of 12th Street close to intersection with Indiana Avenue.
There is a tree, i have continued issuing complaints about, in front of metal works that is dying and falling over. Since i have been here for just one year the tree has fallen quite a bit more, its now to the point it has raised the entire sidewalk from road to the building and isnt stopping. The sidewalk cant be ground down anymore as the raise of the sidewalk has become too high. On the building side, it has raised the sidewalk all the way to my handicapped ramp and doesnt not seem it will stop anytime soon. On the street side, it has now made such a high difference between the sidewalk and the curb that people trip over all the time. The tree is dying and there is constantly branches and debris all over cars. Before anymore damage occurs, especially to the building and the handicapped ramp, along with the entire sidewalk itself, can it please be removed? On this stretch of 6th street every old dying tree has been replaced but much smaller reasonable trees except this one, and just one other further up to the square. Not only would removing these old decrepit damage causing trees be very benefifial to society especially the handicapped, but to replace these two dying trees with smaller matching trees would make our street more beautiful and noticeable and over all safer for everyone. Please very much consider coming and meeting with me about this tree. Thank you.
This large branch appears to be broken but is hanging directly above the walking path in Bryan Park. It is located along the path that goes alongside the creek, east of the restroom and near the corner of the fence for the pool.
