Other: Duke Energy has refused to remove a large orange cable that is down on the length of my property (3/4 of an acre). They say someone else needs to take care of it, like maybe a cable company. I am concerned that it is dangerous to kids in my neighborhood and I cannot do yard work around it. Moreover, it is in the utility easement. They said to pick it up and see if it is attached to the utility line and I am unwilling to do that because it seems risky. In any case, no utility should be leaving their waste on my property and they should take responsibility for removing it safely.
Contacted Property owner to set up time to meet and investigate as the utility is not visible from ROW.
