Utility work was done on this stretch of road recently. I have about hit someone because they are driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid the rough road conditions. This needs attention before someone gets injured.

There are multiple birds nests on the stairs on either side of the building. There’s one on the side facing the apartment complex and two on the side facing LaserLite. One of the birds nests has eggs in it. I’m worried because there are residents with animals and the birds nests aren’t safe sitting out on the steps.

Living on N Walnut for 4 years, I've noticed there's a marked increase in the frequency of drivers revving their engines unnecessarily loud as they go through the W 11th & N Walnut section. The sounds and incidences are so loud that they have interrupted my meetings, indoor activities, and startled me to drop my kitchenware. My neighbors have also shared this concern on how this happens much more often recently, especially in the past 2 years. I remember there used to be a couple of police officers stationed off the W 11th & N Walnut section and it was noticeably more quiet and peaceful. But I haven't seen them at the same spot anymore and the corresponding noise issues arose instantaneously. My neighbors and I would love for the city to either station an officer here to deter these activities and, in the long run, implement policies at curbing these disruptive actions from reckless people.

They drilled a hole in the SW part of the intersection of Dunn/12th. It is dangerous, since there are no sidewalks on Dunn and lots of people wander through this area at night on their way to and from The Standard" via the RR. Someone is going to get hurt if the hole is not filled soon or an animal might fall in, and since there appears to be a void beneath the street right at this location, a collapse could occur if a heavy vehicle were to drive directly over it.
