Other: Can you please fix the traffic signals at Rogers and Country club so drivers don't get frustrated and do stupid stuff like this anymore: https://www.reddit.com/r/bloomington/comments/1jqvcyk/comment/mlrclbj/ The problem is the light cycles are too short for all the East-West traffic. There will be dozens of cars backed up on Country Club and the light will turn red to let like 3 cars stopped at Rogers go.
