Blocked Sidewalk
502 E Kirkwood AVE
- Case Date:
- 3/4/2025
It’s probably time to have a refresher course for the Kilroy’s staff. They are blocking the sidewalk again. The queue barriers are creeping over the line and tonight with the rai,. there are tent poles in the middle of the 3 foot access, making it impassible I moved the pole and told the employee, but I think this should come from the.City.

Several potholes in this area. And in front of the bus stop by the Kroger. Some aren't 'holes' but it's definitely a big area where the road is uneven.

Drainage or Runoff
609 S Fess AVE
- Case Date:
- 3/3/2025
This issue has not been resolved.
Sump/sewage still emitting constantly from this drain. There has been no recent precipitation to cause this. This is not runoff.
It’s a sanitary issue, and also creates ice when temps fall below freezing.
I will continue to report this until the property owner rectifies.

Someone tagged the new brick retaining wall on West 17th St last year, and Carrie Winkel reported it. Today we discovered a backpack full of needles and narcotics paraphernalia strewn on the sidewalk below the tagging. Maybe it means something? So we are asking again that the city remove the graffiti. It is on the retaining wall where Lindbergh St. tees into W. 17th. It's a public wall, not private. I am requesting on behalf of Crescent Bend Neighborhood Association.
