Other: It’s probably time to have a refresher course for the Kilroy’s staff. They are blocking the sidewalk again. The queue barriers are creeping over the line and tonight with the rai,. there are tent poles in the middle of the 3 foot access, making it impassible I moved the pole and told the employee, but I think this should come from the.City.

Hey Charles, not sure if you still handle these issues or if it goes to someone else on your team? I get a lot of these throughout the year, obviously it isn't anything Engineering works with- unsure if the afterhours ambassadors utilize uReport throughout the evening, but if there is a better field for these to be filed where they can be addressed while the issue is happening, it may be worth reaching out to the submitter so it can be resolved effectively!
