At the north edge of the sidewalk that goes under the railroad bridge on 10th Street, the black railing is broken and leaning into the sidewalk. It doesn't seem to serve a purpose anyway, can you just cut off a few sections on the north end? Or any other repair would be appreciated to help make the full sidewalk width usable and to make sure no one crashes into it at night.
A vehicle has crashed into the yellow bollard barricade and the pedestrian sidewalk and broken both of them recently. They are currently a hazard and partially blocking the sidewalk. They need repaired.
Alley needs lots more gravel please!

To whom it may concern Hello, I’m writing to express my concern regarding an incident that happen on 10/16/24. My vehicle had an electrical fire down town on 4th street in front of the India restaurant. I am a single mother of three daughters who I’m struggling to greatly to afford with the cost of food continuing to raise. I work at a CNA during the day while my children are in school but it doesn’t always provide enough. I was doing uber the night of so I could feed my family. My family is my responsibility and I take that very seriously. After the electrical fire, I had no way of moving the vehicle. The officer on scene gave me permission to leave the vehicle parked until I could get ahold of my insurance company. It was not in the road way, it wasn’t blocking traffic, the restaurant owner was not concerned about it being left there, he told me himself that I could park it in his parking space behind the restaurant. unfortunately it could not be moved without a tow truck. the vehicle was left in a parking place and the officer stated that adjustments could be made due to the Circumstances. The next morning I spoke with insurance and the vehicle was supposed to be picked up. I informed the parking enforcement department that it would be moved. Also explaining that it was not possible for me to pay for a tow at that time. I understand the inconvenience of the situation and I apologized over and over. The woman I spoke with got nasty with me several times and hung up on me twice while I was trying to explaining to her my situation and how limited I was but I was doing everything I could. I called the insurance company over and over explaining the importance of the vehicle being moved. The last phone call I got from the parking enforcement woman was the nastiest. She was extremely aggressive and was using her job tittle as a weapon. She told me after this call I will ticket the vehicle every hour until it’s moved and then proceeded to hang up on me yet again. After about the second call I realized the woman’s aggression was progressing so I recorded the last two phone calls for the purpose of bringing her behavior to the attention of anyone above her. The way that I was treated was uncalled for and more importantly it was cruel. To be ridiculed, threatened and quite frankly bullied should not be accepted and I get the feeling it’s not her first time. I will go as far as I need to if this situation is not handled, because there is no humanity in kicking someone while they are down. I not only was given the ticket but treated with so much disrespect. Her position gives her the power to bully the citizens of this community and someone needed to bring attention to it. She said her name was Jessica and she worked on 10/16/21.
A leaking water valve related to lawn irrigation system was discovered during inspection of the system. Apparently was leaking for several summer months. It had a slow leak when system was idling but had a significant leak when irrigation was occurring. I am requesting a bill adjustment for at least September and October water and sewer service, though the problem likely started in July. Hello! I filed this request yesterday but it says it was filed anonymously, so I just wanted to be sure someone could contact me. It smells very strongly of sewage coming from Cascades Creek at 210 E. Gilbert. We are in the process of purchasing this house and property, and we really don't want to smell it every day! The curb at the corner of Landmark and Arch Haven is very steep, about 3 inches of rise at an angle probably close to 70°. Landmark Ave has many medical facilities and this path is the one people would travel on between Adams and 3rd St where transit vehicles provide access. It should be smoothed out to provide a safer ramp for people with mobility devices and unsure footing.
Homeless camps on City property East of S Park st. West S Huntington
Homeless have been setting up camp at the bus stop on S Henderson St. Right next to Brandon Court Apartments. Bloomington Transit chased them off earlier today but they keep coming back
