Could Parking Services investigate/monitor the property for complaint of parking in the adjacent alley? Planning staff will issue NOV warning letter for impervious surface coverage and driveway violations, establishing compliance deadlines. Engineering Department staff are working with property owners regarding the placement of gravel in adjacent alley.

Planning will send a Notice of Violation letter for the violations on the property, forwarding to Engineering to take a look at the gravel put down in the alley. Did this receive a ROW work permit? Would this require an apron as it connects to a paved street? Once Engineering has finished with their investigation, this uReport should be sent to Parking Services to monitor for parking in the alley.
