Dead dear by road

Starting around 9:30 pm to 11:45 pm this evening, I am hear I ng an intermittent low pitch rumbling sound that is disturbing my sleep. It is now 11:45 pm and the noise is continuing. The noise is low pitched, a rumbling, that usually lasts 15 seconds of more, with a few seconds of quiet before it resumes.

Fisher & AYYBO at Bloomington Speedway• Time: 4:00 PM • Location: Bloomington Speedway • Details: Electronic/tech-house music event featuring DJs Fisher and AYYBO. This event is incredibly loud and to my ears obnoxious, and has been since 4 in the afternoon. It is now almost 9PM. It is louder than the car races. I can hear it from inside of my house over a mile away as the crow flies.

There is a large tree that appears to be dead and is being propped up by a power line. It seems like it is only a matter of time before the power line gives way and the tree falls in the street blocking both lanes of traffic

A Bird e-bike on the side of the road, just after Prow Road and before the 69 overpass. It’s been there for at least 2 weeks.
