My name is Nick Pejeau, and I'm an IU Health employee representing our Trauma Services Community Outreach program, Stepping On. The program seeks to reduce fall risks for elderly adults. One of our class participants reported concerns for fall hazards due to unearthing and uneven sidewalks in their neighborhood where they walk to the grocery. They did not give me an exact location but said, "The first one is on Kinser Pike, somewhere between N Skyline Dr and W Parrish Rd., I think. The second one, the one with cane for scale, is on W Parrish Rd. between Kinser Pike and Kroger." I've attached the picture they submitted to me. Thank you.

Leaves, dirt, and general detritus are blocking the roadside gutters/drainage along the west side of the house. I can’t even find the outlet of the drain pipe I know runs out to that curb. Blockage of that drain pipe has caused flooding in my house in the past. Can you please send someone to clear that gutter?

Trees on Reisner and Meadowbrook in Hoosier Acres are so low that they almost touch vehicles driving on these streets. They need to be trimmed, they are a danger in the case of a thunderstorm.

At the intersection of Bradley Street and Meadowbrook Drive the shrubbery at the stop sign when on Bradley Street heading east that it is difficult to see if walkers, bikers, or cars are coming unless you stick the nose of your vehicle really far out into the intersection to safely turn left. The overgrowth is hazardous. It needs to be trimmed/cut back. Thank you!

The angle of this bright light shines into the windows of East third Apartments. It also stays on as you can see during the am when lights are not needed. Please turn it off. If you cannot turn off,please adjust it to a different angle. Thank you.

Hello, we have a Pin Oak tree to the west of our home that was affected by the storm. We wanted to check to see if this tree is on city property. While looking at the GIS it looks like our property line starts at our basketball hoop and the tree is to the west of that line. There are branches that are loose and it looks like there has been a lot of woodpecker activity in the past that is creating damage. Could someone please come out and inspect the tree and let us know what you think? We would love to keep the tree if possible, but safety-wise we would like to have it checked/trimmed up.
