Are there any speed limit signs on Pete Ellis?

On Wylie a bit west of Hawthorne (address is 830 Hawthorne. Several squares of sidewalk so badly cracked i caught my foot in one and almost tripped. SS4A should include walkable sidewalks or should I say sidewalks that pedestrians can use safely, including ones who have impaired mobility and/or vision. Thanks!

Limb hanging into street needing cut down, please. Traffic has to go in other lane to get around it.

The pedestrian crossing button is missing on the north west corner of 7th and college. Also on the SW corner the pedx-ing button does not give an audible notice for crossing college but the light did come on after a few attempts.

The green light is out on the right side when facing west. Yellow and Red are fine.

The ped. Crossing lights are malfunctioning and are always on creating traffic issues for everyone driving and walking here.

The north bound lane on Indiana between 12th and 13th has some significantly uneven portions where the road was patched.

I noticed today in my backyard there is part of a wire with a ground flag sticking out of the ground. I’ve lived here for years and haven’t noticed it before, so I’m not sure if the bout of storms we had recently unearthed it? It seems in danger of being chopped by a lawnmower or being chewed by my dog. I’m not sure if this is even the appropriate place to post this issue, but searching didn’t help much, so if there is a better place please let me know. Thank you.

Someone hit the sign in the crossing and now it's damaged and is leaning into the lane
